    • Custom or special-order products.

    • Gift cards, accessories, or any products marked as non-returnable.

2. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

  • If the return is approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Refunds may take up to 10 business days to process after approval.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the product is defective.

3. Exchanges

4. Order Cancellations

  • After 24 hours, your order may have already been processed or shipped, and cancellations may not be possible.
